after i got my hair cut, VOGUE asked me to appear on their cover page! :D

anyway, i caught inception with B and ks last weekend.
lucky i booked the tix 3 days before cos when we got there it was already full house!
went to do some lucky draw ting and.. we won a trip to star cruises! XD
didnt have time to eat our lunch so we smuggled subway into the hall. =x
movie was nice. i tink the story writer has got really fantastic imaginations!

sorry for neglecting my blog for quite some time.
have actually started working for 2 weeks or so at global secure.
its situated at tradehub 21.
if you dont know where it is, its actually between jurong east and clementi.
if you take the train you will pass through the buildings of tradehub 21. (:

the working environment is small and nice and i've got really nice colleagues.
however, i've come to realise that they are all leaving soon. :(
that is why the company hired me to take over their duties.
and i felt really stressed when i have to learn plus knowing they are leaving.

1. i've got to master almost everything in abt a month's time
(they took years to master the skills or yet to master all the skills)
2. i will be the only one left (apart from the boss and lady boss) after they left :(
3. after getting know the company, i feel that it will not be able to survive for long

all these insecureness made me feel like leaving too.
yet i dowan to give up the job cos its hard to find a job so near to my house,
fixed working hours (very rarely have ot and we always get to leave on the dot),
free and easy (taking a rest or have some snacks as and when i want).

ARRRRRRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
shall take a step at a time for now ba...

have finally applied my pdl ytd at bbdc.
wasn't even aware that there was an eye-sight test until i fill up that form.
and now im officially able to start learning my practical! :D

went to buy KOI bubble tea.
the queue was super long! *faints*
after ordering they will give u this queue number.
then u go over to the waiting area and wait for ur number appear on the number machine.
waited for around 20 mins for 3 cups of milk tea! *double faints*
but it was worth the wait. the bubble tea with pearls is really dope! ♥

if you realised, its actually 豆 in chinese!
didnt realised it until uncle said it! *amazed*

4 days work at resorts world

last 4 days i went to work at resorts world sentosa.
saw alot of familiar faces. one of them is my primary sch fren's brother.
another is a classmate from the drama gems i took last year.
the last one i do not really know her but she and 2 other guys were from the same sec sch as me.
i didnt know until the 2 guys told the girl and the girl came to ask me. =X
they even tried to sing the sch song to gain my attention lah. lols!
say, is singapore small or what? 5 related ppl working at the same place! :O

well, work was okay ba. not much of stress but just tired of standing for long hours.
and there was this supervisor who always kpkb at us. then result to nobody likes him.
he isnt good looking at all as he got the jiao bin plus he is oso super action.
got one time he speak using high pitch then someone say he act cute.
he responded saying he donnid act, naturally cute le. *vomits* X_X
then when he wanna walk pass, he dont say excuse me one. he push me then walk across. wth!
super ill-mannered and don care about the ppl around him de lor.
super annoying to see this kind of person lah. tsk!

but afterall, i should be wun go back there to work le ba.
and im glad i've made new frens from that job. (:

last day at the stressful workplace. it was my decision.
felt really sorry to my supervisor cos i can see that he really wants me to stay and help him out.
he even offered to share his contact if future jobs want to refer to previous job's conduct.
thank you for the wonderful supervision, ryan. all the best for this project and future ones too.

at the side is a box of my favourite biscuits that i've brought to motivate myself.
every 15 mins that pass, i can have a piece of that biscuit. (:
no wonder ppl always say office ppl gets fat easily. =(
time to look for another job. any lobangs? im a hardworking person. :D

sorry for the lack of posts. =X
have been working for the past few days at bouna vista.
sad to say i have been quite stressed up and maybe in a depression.
don seem to be interested in talking to anybody and just feel like being in my own world.
guess i have been expecting too much from myself and felt that i have let myself down.
thats the bad part of being a perfectionist.
will be ending my job on tuesday and look for another job.
hopefully the next job will be a more relaxing one and with lesser stress.

Graduation Showcase 2010 @ Raffles Hotel, Jubilee Hall on 19th March

FYP showcasing day to visitors who are managers or some big shot of many companies.
A really crazy day standing for 12 hours and repeatedly explaining how our game works.
But alas, its finally all over! Received my graduation booklet today!
Wondering whether I should attend the graduation day on the 20th May. Hmmmm...

played basketball last saturday morning.
after so long of not exercising, my muscles are aching terribly now. :(
also had sunburn on my shoulders as it was scorching hot that day.
tink i should make it a point to exercise whenever i have the time.
on the other hand can also help me lose some weight. haven reach my target weight yet. :(

after so long, i went singing at kbox last week with the girls. (:
my standard has dropped cos i didnt have the chance to sing for a period of time. :(
but i had fun with the girls as usual. we can crap for the whole day lah! =P
i left earlier, wise choice. cos they kept watching korean bands after that. :O

it was kinda dark in the room so we took photos with flash.
in the end we see hundred stars even when we close our eyes. *_*
most pics didnt turn out very nice cos we were forced to open our eyes. LOL!

have been watching ballet stuffs recently.

suddenly have this weird feeling of don feel like growing up. :X

wanted to change a new look for my blog but there is just so little time.
will be hanging out at the music lab the next few days to do orchestra songs, alone. =(

QUESTION:
have u ever see someone u last saw 3-4 years back on the streets but not sure whether its the right person and thinking whether you should go up to say hi?

i just went through that situation on my way home just now.
was walking to the bus stop to take a bus home and saw a familiar face.
keep looking at the familiar features yet cannot confirm if its really him.
well, best way out is to either call him or drop that person a message right?
i look for his name through my phonebook and sent him a message.
din expect to get any reply as he might have changed his number.
i waited and waited, there seems to be no signs of him receiving any message.
my bus arrived and i board the bus, giving a miss to pluck up my courage to ask him.

few minutes after i got home, i received a reply from him.
told him about the incident and apparently it is him!
in conclusion, i think my memory is superb! HAHAHAHAHA! =P

interim is finally over.
was super tired after missing so much hours of slp for a number of days le.

finally.. i met up with my band peeps ytd.
walked ard town in the afternoon, window shopping and some arcade games.
left for holland village in the evening for alex's bday party.
who knows sg so small, cj was there too! quite shocked sia. :O

ate our dinner, took some photos, play some drinking games, and left at 10 plus.
didnt feel like drinking too much that day, so went home after that.

caught a midnight movie at ps on last sat after a mahjong session.
super nice movie to me cos its filled with cool dance steps as well as nice music. :D
theres a very sweet scene whereby a guy sang "try" and playing on the piano for his gf.
im so gonna make a cover for that song lah! and sing for my husband next time. =x

after so many months, i played my piano again.
tot i could relli go back to the past. dumb.

played bball on mon, totally sucks at it after not playing for so long.

just got home from buying supper. =x
at this kinda time oso got stupid tings happening. zzz~
mummy dropped me off at mac to buy supper just now. went in and ordered.
then have to take serviettes from the counter at the side so i walked over to take.
then i realised this group of guys at the table next to the counter keep staring at me.
wasnt wearing my specs or contacts so couldnt relli see properly.
then i quickly get those serviettes and got out of the place.
while waiting outside mac, mummy called me.
when talking on the phone, i heard some knocking at the back so i turn over.
couldnt see clearly wad is happening but like some guy waving at me. i ignored. =/
went over to buy roti prata as requested by mummy.
while waiting for the uncle to make, heard someone keep calling girl. i didnt turn over.

after craving for so long, i finally get to eat dao huey on wed nite. :D
went over to yis and waited for pearle and ray to finish their dinner.
then just nice 4 of us so we took a cab to chong pang for dao huey. LOL!

22 July 2009: solar eclipse

it was the longest total solar eclipse during the 21st century so far.
lasted for a maximum time of 6 min 39 s off the coast of Southeast Asia.
many tourists went to eastern China, India and Nepal to witness this special occasion.
this was actually the second eclipse the series of three eclipses in a one-month period.
the two minor penumbral lunar eclipses are on July 7 and August 6 respectively.

happy youth day everyone!
kinda sad that i have to go back to sch today. =(

anws, met bf for lunch last friday after sch. (:
left class earlier to meet him before he has to go back to his camp. =(
had new york new york at ssc and the food there is superb! i like! :D

after that went to collect his laptop from acer.
then went home to put it down and off to bb to meet my pri sch peeps.

finally finished my wsd assignment! WEEEEEEE~

met up with bf last fri nite after his work and went over to ssc. (:
went daiso to buy some stuffs first then walk ard deciding where to eat.
fish and co. for dinner as bf had cravings for it.
both of us tried ordering smtg we nv tried before and we regretted after that. =/
the food turn out to be quite bad. but we managed to finish it anw.
the moral of the story is to stick to the standard dishes next time. hahas.

after that went back to sembawang and decided to play arcade awhile.
i suck in the dancing game luh! so diff from normal dancing can. so malu! =(

went out with my mummy and lil bro today, west coast plaza. (:
first stop was the spectacle shop.
tink my contacts are expired cos whenever i put on for some time my eyes will turn red.
so the man checked my eyes and as usual both did not increase. YAY! xD
bro oso went to check his eyes. increase 50 on the right while 75 on the left. :O
at first i chose some spec frame for my bro that i like de. HAHA! =P

HELLOS HOLIDAYS! :D

back back back! seems like nobody misses me uh? =(
but still im gonna blog cos i noe dear dear pat will read.. rite? xD
yup! last week of sch, one word.. stress! Dx
reports and assignments came in. i seriously hate hate hate reports luh! TSK!
so gems report i spent like 2-3 days to finish it. wth? =.=
sleepless nites and my body clock is turning ard. thus, more naggings.. zzz~

thurs went to sch to do my audio tracks. thx dear dear pat for ur help! muacks! <3
do until ard 9pm then finish all my 3 audio tracks. shagged~
went over to the studio to see pat and her frenz do the recording. cool! :D
hang ard trying out the stuffs there till 9pm plus jiu went home le.
after that then i found out theres actually a total of 4 audio tracks to do! =.=

in between the 2 doors of the recording room! :O

fri went sch early in the morning at 9am as i did not slp a wink the nite before. @_@
improved on the audios i did the day before and finish up my last audio.
after that went to print my gems report. library and printing shop all packed! GOSH!
waited over at the printing shop for abt 1 hour lor. wth!

after printing and filing neatly, went over to t6 to find teacher and handed up. whew!

met bf after that at bb for our lunch then back to my house.

sorry for the long wait peeps! i noe ix been so long since ive blog! =x
first ting first, my dance recital! i noe u all have been waiting to hear how was it.
but i shall tell u guys slowly. =p

last week was a super shagged week. tues was town with troy and zhu after sch.
troy wanted to get a beanie for dance but we couldnt find any suitable one. =(
so we gave up and rested at some "cafe"?
he treated me ice peace tea cos i pei him go town. lols, thanks dude! (:
then we wanted to go toilet so we decided to go to some hotel de toilet. LMAO! xD
grand hyatt was our first stop. roamed ard and couldnt find the toilet. =(
finally released ourselves in the toilet at our next stop.. marriot hotel! :D
then donno why we decided to go visit all the hotels. so we went meritus mandarin.
soon i went off to meet hl while the 2 guys went to meet justis for dinner. {:
kfc dinner with hl! we practically can talk abt everything under the sun lah! :D
then walk walk ard wm for awhile jiu went home le. nice day hanging out with frens. =]

wed was self practise with just crew after sch.
met pat and hermi at fc6 before taking a bus down to NUS tgt. {:
i was damn tired that day cos i only slpt 3 hours on the nite before? =.=

sat met just crew 8pm at newton station for our actual rehearsal at Khoo Auditorium.
we took a bus down tgt and watch the other items rehearsal while waiting for our turn.
had 3 runs of our dance, watch abit of other items then went home le.

sun 24/05/09 was our big day! :D
woke up ard 9am plus and got prepared and left my hse ard 12pm plus.
reached Khoo Auditorium at 1pm plus and we had rehearsal for the finale. it was fun! :D
after that was having a trial run to practise our blockings before we're off for our lunch.
ordered mac and i had my double cheeseburger and shared fries and drink with hermi. (:
then touch up abit on my make up and did our warm ups.

recently the swine flu aka influenza A (H1N1) has affected all of us in different ways.
on tuesday, students have to display their admin passes to access into the sch campus.
students oso have to take temperature twice daily, morning and afternoon.
after which, we have to record it in the sch's database or sms to the number provided.
thurs, temperature taking is suspended. hopefully the virus don get any serious. =x

symptons of influenza A (H1N1):
- fever
- coughing
- fatique
- sore throat
- headache
- muscle ache
- sneezing.
preventions?
- healthy diet
- high personal hygiene
- regular exercise
- check temperature regularly

8 weeks of itp is finally over! :D
though im not very close to my colleagues due to age gap, but i'd learnt alot from them.

another 2 more weeks of itp is gone. sch will be starting soon. :O
14 days of itp to go excluding good friday then i can kiss goodbye to itp! weee!
relli hope i can get a good grade for it, though i noe i always have nthg to do. =x
next week i will probably be helping some of my colleagues for some event outdoors.
and it will be starting earlier than usual. OMG! pray i can wake up! =x

back to last friday. i went Rebel after dance to celebrate ml's birthday.
it was a last min decision cos initially we wanted to just chill at some bar.
so i was unprepared plus sweaty and stinky after my dance rehearsal. tsk!
however it was enjoyable with the peeps cos i had alot of fun with them. [:
DJ Rattle & Jit were at the club too! when Rattle scratch everybody stop to hear sia. zai!
went home the next morning after they finished their mac breakfast. shagged~

slpt all the way till 2pm plus. then went for dance again in the evening.
went NUS this time and luckily my dad drove me there or else i surely get lost. :D
the sch super big de lah. very hard to find the place. =x
so brushed up our steps for elevator choreo. then took vids and went home. :)

watched the mall cop movie with baby on sunday. funny and cute show lah! xD
and baby bought me a mini pillow from muji so i can use it for my back during work.
so sweet of him can. loves~
then he came over to my hse nua abit before leaving home and book in. =(

work work and work for the next 5 days. dance was cancelled last min the day before.
so i met baby for dinner after his book out. KFC! wohooo~
bowl on sat and dance at nite. new choreo to so excited. nice! xD
today had dinner with baby before his book in. =(
dasao dropped by when we were eating halfway. haha! nice meeting u dasao! ><
walk walk awhile then went seperate ways le. went pay my bills before home.
half of my pay for the month is gone. ARGH! sad sad sad! ='(

okay im back after mia after for more than a week. =x

getting relli lazy and tired nowadays thx to itp. @_@

nowadays i noticed that there are many selfish ppl ard.
one, ppl have no sense of courtesy to give way to alighting passengers before boarding.
either the ppl got bad eyesight canot see the yellow tapes on the floor or it is invisible.
so what if you are rushing for time? as if the train is going to fly away lidat.
and if u don let the passengers alight, how are u going to board the train? think pls!

two, ppl don give their seats to the needy.
don try to act slping or put on that pair of sunglasses lah.
even i feel so like slping oso noe how to give up my seat to the needy lor. =.=

one last ting. why some ppl butt so big muz take up 2 seats de?
i was taking this bus one day, then this indian lady was sitting on the inside seat.
then the outer seat has this black bagpack sitting all alone?
i was wondering which selfish fella put the bagpack there.
and i din noe that a bag oso can take up 1 whole seat!
after some time, the indian lady adjusted the bag in order to prevent it from falling.
i canot help but keep staring at her. then diao her when i got off. super pissed can!

tsk! say until i fed up liao. but for wad rite?

1st week of attachment

im still not used to getting up at 7am everyday. Dx
though im waking up much earlier than before, but im still the last in my family? :O
i miss slping so much! =x but ix time i shd change for a better lifestyle?

attachment was fine ba. some of the colleagues were very nice to me. :D
sometimes when there was no work for me, i can surf the net and do my own tings.
when i get too bored, i might even fall aslp! yeah, my old habit is back. :X

my legs finally gave way when i found myself at mandai road? :O
sometimes cars isnt that good too eh? u'll miss out too many nature stuffs.
saw leech, butterflies, dandellions (is the spelling rite?) and many more!
and i seriously hate creepy crawlies and MOSQUITOES! damn itchy can! ):

while walking halfway, i realised there isnt anymore bus-stops ahead.
then i felt damn scared like im lost or smtg, so i keep walking.
past alot of forested paths. bushes were everywhere. damn creepy. :(
sometimes, there will be one or two sounds coming from the forest. =S
as if some big looking creature will jump out of that fence and gobble me up. D:

finally got out of the scary path, a highway was right in front of me? T.T
damn sian. walk back oso very far. move forward oso donno how long more to go.
my legs felt tired and i feel like fainting under the scorching sun.
decided to move on. climbed over railings like some gangster. =x
walking beside the road where cars drove past me in high speed inches away from me.

felt like crying like theres no tmr. but i never regret.
once i made a decision, i will never turn back. all i could do is push myself.
finally, i saw smtg which makes my eyes open wide. ix a bus stop! :D
and right beside it, ix a nice looking reservior? walao. i burst into tears lah!
